                      How to start meditation, and Why you should do it?

Hello, my name's Kacper and I'm 20 years old.

                                     Lets start with "Why you should start meditating".                                     
There are a lot of benefits for exemple, if you meditate 10-15 minutes every single day your 
self-awareness increases and you can lower your stres.
But i think that there are 8 main resons why you should start meditation
So lets do a quick list of those 8 reasons 

1. As i said earley, meditation Can lower your stres. Stress is very dangerous and because of it our capability of working decreases drastically. We might even get ourselves into some kind
of addiction. So it's really healthy to meditate

2.  Reducing negative emotions. Now negative emotions are not good why would the be? Without them we can be healthy, our mind will be clear and our process of thinking will skyrocket. Most of
successful people are happy and they don't have that much negative emotions in ther mind.

3. Improving sleep qualiity. Sleep is so important for building muscle, resting our mind, regeneraiting and a lot more. Sleep is Way better than playing video games or watching TV.  


4. Control over emotions. Control over emotions is very important especialy for men, if you can't controle your emoitions you might hurt somone do something bad, like really bad. If you can
understand/control your emotions you will become a better person. Trust me.  

5. Increases your concentration. Meditation not only improves your length of concentracion but also improves your memory. Practitioners of meditation are more focused on getting the job done.

6. Reduces loneliness. Loneliness is bad thing for a human being, most of lonely people are depressed and are more likely to kill them self. Which is really sad.

7. Patience. As a one man said “Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.” - Joyce Meyer. Patience is a powerful skill that can be learned.

8. Improved learning capability. Thanks to meditation your learning capability is improved and life is all about learning new things, every day. The smarter a human being is the better he  
will be, and more successful.

Bonus: More discipline. Meditation is related to an increase of gray matter in your brain which can help you with being disciplined or building discipline


And now, how to start meditation?
It's really not that hard. You just sit wherever you want, then you close your eyes and take 5 deep breaths, then think about your breaths and relax your muscles (eyes are still closed) 
whenever a thought comes to your mind just ignore it and go back to your breath. You do it for 10-13 days and result will come to you. But remember the more you do it the better it will be
first i recomend to do 3-4 minutes if you can't do it try just siting and staring at wall. After few days (if you see results) you can start meditating for 3-4 minutes. And each time you 
can add 30 seconds to your meditation.
